Happy Mother’s Day

Today is a mixed bag of emotions for me, for others. It’s a day of gratitude and sometimes bittersweet memories, but when it comes down to it there is nothing greater than the joy in my heart for the gift of being mother to these two sweet children. Who could possibly not be completely in love with them?

I’ve said it many times but let it be said just once more, just in case it needs to be heard: Of all the things my hands have held the best by far have been you. Thank you for letting me be your mama.
